Holden: Hi! I am a research dietitian at a nonprofit researching new treatments for diabetes and obesity. I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from West Virginia University, and a Master's degree in Medical Science from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am originally from Point Pleasant, WV and have lived all over West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Currently, I am living, working, and writing on the beautiful Mississippi coast with my wife and Corgi.
